#FatherDaughterGoals was written with the hope of repairing, transforming, and creating strong and healthy bonds between a father and his daughter. Their is a ton of research out there that show how girls with active/involved fathers blossom into strong, confident, and successful women. However, I did not need research to lead me in being actively involved in my daughter’s life. I just needed the promise that I made and the realities of life that I saw around me to fuel my quest of becoming the greatest father I could. This book is not written for our goals to become your goals or for our bond to become yours. We simply want to illustrate through our personal perspectives what worked for us with the belief that just maybe it will help work for your you.
